A. The State Department of Health shall contract with the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, if authorized by the University of Oklahoma Board of Regents, for the development and enhancement of a Core Neuropathology Laboratory. B. The Core Neuropathology Laboratory shall be:1. equipped with sufficient state-of-the-art equipment and adequate personnel to allow quality diagnosis and efficient handling of the autopsy specimens; and2. provided supplies for diagnostic studies for educational programs and for service to the public.Added by Laws 1990, c. 207, § 3, operative July 1, 1990.
