As used in this Code, unless the context requires otherwise: (a) The term 'Board' means the State Board of Health.(b) The term 'Department' means the State Department of Health.(c) the term 'Commissioner' means the State Commissioner of Health.(d) The term 'local health officer' means the County Superintendent of Health of a county, or the Medical Director of a County Department of Health, District Department of Health or Cooperative Department of Health.(e) The term 'person' means any individual, corporation, company, firm, partnership, association, trust, state agency, governmental instrumentality or agency, institution, county, city, town or municipal authority or trust.Laws 1963, c. 325, art. 1, § 102.
