Eligibility of a patient for home care services shall be certified by a healthcare provider, and care of the patient shall be overseen by the healthcare provider. This section is retroactive and shall apply to any eligibility certification conducted on or after March 27, 2020. Added by Laws 2021, c. 284, § 1, emerg. eff. April 27, 2021.
