The State Commissioner of Health shall maintain a confidential registry of women who took DES during pregnancy and their offspring who were exposed to DES prenatally, for the purpose of follow-up care and treatment of long-term problems associated with DES exposure. Enrollment in the registry shall be upon a voluntary basis. Laws 1980, c. 73, § 2, emerg. eff. April 14, 1980.
