No person shall, for the purpose of evading the reporting requirements set forth in 31 U.S.C., Section 5311, 31 C.F.R., Part 103, Title 6 or Sections 2-101 through 2-608 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or other federal laws pertaining to money laundering: 1. Cause or attempt to cause the failure to file a report required under Title 6 or Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or federal monetary reporting requirements under law; or2. Cause or attempt to cause the filing of a report required under Title 6 or Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or federal monetary reporting requirements under law, that contains a material omission or misstatement of fact.Added by Laws 2008, c. 170, § 6, eff.
