For purposes of this act, community shall be defined as follows: community shall be an area comprised of all or parts of one or more counties or a delineated area within one or more municipalities or counties as determined by the State Board of Health.Laws 1967, c. 211, § 3; Laws 1971, c. 104, § 1, emerg. eff.
