It shall be the duty of Service Oklahoma, and Service Oklahoma is hereby granted authority and jurisdiction to administer the Oklahoma Vessel and Motor Registration Act, Section 4002 et seq. of this title, with the aid of its licensed operators and all duly authorized peace officers of this state.
