A. This section and Sections 4102 through 4108 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the 'Oklahoma Vessel and Motor Excise Tax Act'. B. The terms used in the Oklahoma Vessel and Motor Excise Tax Act shall have the same definitions as those terms are defined by the Oklahoma Vessel and Motor Registration Act, Section 4002 et seq. of this title.Laws 1989, c. 346, § 44, eff.
