It shall be the duty of the governing bodies of all municipalities to insure compliance with standards governing conditions in municipal jails as prescribed in Section 192 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes. R.L.1910, § 6978. Amended by Laws 1978, c. 244, § 26, eff. July 1, 1978.
