The Board shall elect a Chairman and Vice Chairman at the first meeting held after July 1 of each year. The Director shall be the Secretary of the Board, and shall have custody of all files and records of the Board. Added by Laws 1967, c. 45, § 2-104, emerg. eff. April 6, 1967.
