To obtain a permit to sell or distribute coin-operated devices, an applicant shall comply with the following requirements: 1. Be a resident of this state for two (2) years preceding the date of the application;2. Not be a convicted felon;3. Have obtained an Oklahoma Sales Tax Permit to be used exclusively to report the sale of coin-operated devices; and4.
