§ 68-500-26

All suppliers and bonded importers required to remit the motor fuel tax shall remit the motor fuel taxes due by electronic fund transfer acceptable to the Commission. The transfer or payment shall be made on or before the date the tax is due. Added by Laws 1996, c. 345, § 26, eff. Oct. 1, 1996.
