A resale tax deed shall convey only the surface and surface rights and mineral interests owned by the owners of the surface rights as distinguished from mineral and mineral rights of such real property. The resale tax deed shall not convey any other interest owned by any other individual or legal entity. Added by Laws 1979, c. 118, § 1.
