The bridge crossing Hudson Avenue on Interstate 244 in Tulsa shall be designated as the 'Harold Bell Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the bridge bearing that name. Added by Laws 2011, c. 343, § 5, emerg. eff.
