The portion of Interstate 35 in Oklahoma City from Northeast 23rd Street extending north to the junction of Interstate 35 and Interstate 44 shall be designated as the 'Honorable Hannah Diggs Atkins, Secretary of State, Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing that name. Added by Laws 2011, c. 343, § 8, emerg. eff.
