The section of State Highway 177 from the intersection of State Highway 33 in Perkins north to the Stillwater municipal limits shall be designated as 'Major Scott Hagerty USAR Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing that name. Added by Laws 2011, c. 246, § 1, eff.
