State Highway 20 between the municipal limits of Pryor and Salina shall be designated as the 'PFC John Reese, Jr. Medal of Honor/Purple Heart Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing that name. Added by Laws 2007, c. 150, § 5, emerg. eff. May 18, 2007.
