State Highway 54 beginning at the junction with State Highway 152 and extending to the junction with State Highway 62 shall be designated as the 'Senator Byron Dacus Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing that name. Added by Laws 2007, c. 271, § 2, eff. Nov. 1, 2007.
