The bridge across Clear Boggy Creek, which is located on State Highway 31, approximately 3.2 miles east of the intersection of State Highway 31 and State Highway 48 shall be designated as the 'Harley Leaird Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the bridge bearing that name. Added by Laws 2007, c. 271, § 4, eff. Nov. 1, 2007.
