The section of U.S. Highway 169 from 76th Street North to 86th Street North shall be designated as the 'Sgt. Anthony Del Mar Peterson Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing that name. Added by Laws 2012, c. 309, § 4, eff.
