The bridge over the Poteau River on State Highway 9 west of Pocola shall be designated as the 'Sergeant Vincent L. C. Owens Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge. Added by Laws 2012, c. 309, § 12, eff.
