The bridge over Brushy Creek on U.S. Highway 270 northwest of Haileyville shall be designated as the 'Major Bill Morgan Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge. Added by Laws 2012, c. 309, § 15, eff.
