The section of Interstate 40 beginning at Morgan Road and extending east to the Oklahoma County line shall be designated as the 'Bill Swisher Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2013, c. 372, § 1, eff.
