The section of State Highway 59 beginning at US 177 and extending east to the municipal limits of St. Louis shall be designated as the 'Sergeant Bret Isenhower Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2013, c. 372, § 7, eff.
