The section of State Highway 4 beginning at State Highway 37 and extending north to the South Canadian River shall be designated as the 'Pikey's Crossing Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2013, c. 372, § 8, eff.
