The bridge over Clear Boggy Creek on State Highway 48 south of the municipal limits of Tupelo shall be designated as the 'Specialist Howard Lee Jones Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge. Added by Laws 2013, c. 372, § 10, eff.
