The bridge located where U.S. Highway 60 crosses the Arkansas River in Ponca City, Oklahoma, shall be designated as the 'P.O.W./M.I.A. Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the bridge bearing that name. Added by Laws 2008, c. 25, § 5, emerg. eff. April 11, 2008.
