The bridge crossing the Washita River in Johnston County on State Highway 99 shall be designated as the 'Air Force TSgt Eugene S. Bell, MD, POW WWII, Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge. Added by Laws 2016, c. 239, § 8, eff.
