The portion of State Highway 20 in Collinsville beginning at the junction of State Highway 20 and U.S. Highway 169 extending west to the junction of State Highway 20 and 5th Street shall be designated as the 'J.R. Proctor Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2016, c. 239, § 10, eff.
