The portion of Interstate 40 beginning at the west municipal limits of Henryetta and extending east approximately three (3) miles to the junction of Interstate 40 and the Indian Nation Turnpike shall be designated as the 'Lance Corporal Anthony Grundy Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2016, c. 239, § 14, eff.
