The bridge crossing over the Arkansas River on State Highway 99 on the border between Osage and Pawnee Counties shall be designated as the 'SSG Jack Morgan Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge. Added by Laws 2017, c. 216, § 7, eff. Nov. 1, 2017.
