The portion of U.S. Highway 177 in Pottawatomie County beginning at the intersection of U.S. Highway 177 and Benson Park Road extending southward to the intersection of U.S. Highway 177 and Tucker Road shall be designated as the 'Officer Justin Terney Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2017, c. 311, § 2, eff.
