The section of Interstate Highway 44 between SW 104th Street and SW 119th Street in Cleveland County shall be designated as the 'James Robert 'Bob' Kalsu Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2018, c. 56, § 4, eff.
