The bridge located on State Highway 44 over South Elk Creek approximately three and two-tenths (3.2) miles north of State Highway 9 in Kiowa County shall be designated as the 'Deputy Sheriff Douglas Hanna Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge. Added by Laws 2018, c. 246, § 3, eff.
