The bridge located on U.S. Highway 412A crossing over U.S. Highway 412 in Delaware County shall be designated as the 'Michael 'Mike' Dale Russell Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge. Added by Laws 2018, c. 246, § 4, eff.
