The bridge over Martin Luther King Avenue on Interstate 44 within the municipal limits of Oklahoma City shall be designated as the 'Senator E. Melvin Porter Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2019, c. 369, § 7, eff. Nov. 1, 2019.
