The section of State Highway 5 west of the municipal limits of Temple beginning on the west side of State Highway 65 South and extending west to the intersection of N2640 County Road in Cotton County shall be designated as the 'Sheriff Horace H. 'Bill' Dyer Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2019, c. 369, § 14, eff.
