The bridge over U.S. Highway 69 on U.S. Highway 270 within the municipal limits of McAlester shall be designated as the 'Sgt. Jason McCluskey Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2019, c. 399, § 4, eff.
