The portion of Interstate 35 in the area one (1) mile north and one (1) mile south of North 27th Street within the municipal limits of Moore shall be designated as the 'Lt. Heath Meyer #64 Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2019, c. 399, § 5, eff.
