The section of U.S. Highway 64 beginning at the western municipal limits of the town of Buffalo in Harper County extending to N1860 Road shall be designated as the 'William Charles 'Charley' Coen Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2021, c. 572, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 2021.
