The section of State Highway 17 beginning at the east municipal limits of Elgin extending to the intersection with NE Miller Street in Comanche County shall be designated as the 'Speaker Pro Tempore Jim R. Glover Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2021, c. 572, § 6, eff. Nov. 1, 2021.
