The portion of State Highway 56 beginning just west of North Wood Drive extending approximately one (1) mile west through the municipal limits of Okmulgee shall be designated as the 'Navy Cross Recipient CPL Russell Keck Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2021, c. 572, § 10, eff. Nov. 1, 2021.
