The bridge over Interstate 35 on State Highway 74 within the municipal limits of Purcell in McClain County shall be designated as the 'SSGT Cecil Wellman Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge. Added by Laws 2021, c. 572, § 13, eff. Nov. 1, 2021.
