The portion of State Highway 51B beginning one-half (0.5) mile west of the western municipal limits of Porter and ending one-half (0.5) mile east of the eastern municipal limits of Porter shall be designated as the 'Lieutenant Eugene Smith Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2021, c. 572, § 19, eff. Nov. 1, 2021.
