The section of State Highway 18 beginning at Deep Rock Road and extending north three (3) miles in Payne County shall be designated as the 'Terry L. Hoggatt Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2021, c. 572, § 25, eff. Nov. 1, 2021.
