The section of State Highway 7 beginning at the north municipal limits of Mill Creek in Johnston County then extending northerly to the Murray County line shall be designated as the 'Sgt. Clyde Runyan Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2021, c. 572, § 33, eff.
