The section of State Highway 9 beginning at the intersection of Interstate 35 extending west to the intersection of U.S. Highway 62 in McClain County shall be designated as the 'Capt. David Arthur Peters Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2021, c. 572, § 37, eff.
