The section of State Highway 25 beginning at the intersection of State Highway 2 extending east to the western municipal limits of Bluejacket in Craig County shall be designated as the 'Robert L. Horton Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2021, c. 572, § 39, eff. Nov. 1, 2021.
