Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the section of U.S. Highway 77 beginning at the intersection of Broadway Avenue in Ardmore extending north to the intersection of State Highway 142 in Carter County shall be designated as the 'Mayor Martin Dyer Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2021, c. 572, § 45, eff. Nov. 1, 2021.
