The section of U.S. Highway 75 beginning at the northern municipal limits of Dewey extending north to the southern municipal limits of Copan in Washington County shall be designated as the 'Corporal Kyle Jeffrey Davis Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2021, c. 572, § 49, eff. Nov. 1, 2021.
